Copiers

• Comprehensive Full Service Maintenance:
  Includes all parts and labor including the drum, preventative
  and emergency maintenance and all consumable supplies
  (except paper and staples
• Full Service Maintenance:
  Includes all parts and labor including the drum, preventative
  and emergency maintenance.
• Standard Maintenance:
  Includes all parts and maintenance excluding the drum.
  Preventative and emergency maintenance is included.
• Group Maintenance Agreements:
  For accounts with multiple unit placements, we offer group
  maintenance programs which is a master contract covering
  all units. Group contracts can be written as either
  comprehensive, full service, or standard.

Facsimile, Typewriter, Paper Shredders, Calculators

• Standard Maintenance:
  Includes all parts and labor, excluding consumables items.
  Preventative and emergency maintenance is included.

Time and Materials Maintenance:

• Service is provided on a per call basis and is billed at
  standard time and material labor rates.
